Local Recording: Add ability to record video in BT.709 color space

Please add the ability to record local video in BT.709 color space for HD video since that is the standard. Now XSplit records in a reduced gamut BT.601, that requires editor modification post capture to restore the original colors as intended.

At least don't change from source color space. Only SD runs bt601.
